No. 2 hitter Shin Min-jae paced the way with a 3-for-6 performance, including two doubles, two RBIs and two runs scored. Foreign batsman Austin Dean blasted three hits, including a home run, to sweep four RBIs, while Lee Jae-won chipped in with four hits, three RBIs and two runs scored.

LG starter Lim Chan-kyu was shaky, giving up five runs on 11 hits with four walks and one strikeout in five innings, but got plenty of support from his bats to pick up his ninth win of the season (2-2).

Lee Jae-won’s single, a stolen base, a throwing error by the opposing pitcher and a walk by Hong Chang-ki put runners on first and third with two outs. Shin Min-jae followed with a single up the middle.

LG scored seven runs in the third inning to create the ‘big inning’.

In the bottom of the inning, leadoff hitter Austin hit a solo arch (his 15th of the season) over the left field fence. Jung Ju-hyun followed with a single and Moon Bo-kyung followed with a double to right-centre.

Park Dong-won singled to left to put runners on first and third with no outs, and Shin Min-jae’s infield single and Kim Hyun-soo’s sacrifice fly followed with one out.

With two outs and runners on second and third, Austin hit a two-run double to left field to extend the LG lead to 12-2.

After scoring one run in the fourth and two in the fifth, Kiwoom added a run in the top of the seventh to cut the deficit to 6-13, but LG answered with three runs in the bottom of the seventh.

In the bottom of the seventh, back-to-back singles by Kim Hyun-soo and Austin and a single to right by Jung Ju-hyun loaded the bases, and infield singles by Kim Min-sung and Heo Do-hwan brought in two more runs. Lee Jae-won followed with an RBI single to left.

Kiwoom scored two more runs in the top of the eighth, but LG answered in the bottom of the inning when Hong Chang-ki hit a solo shot over the left field fence.

KT Wiz won 4-0 against the NC Dinos at KT Wiz Park in Suwon.

With the win, KT completed a sweeping series against NC in what has been dubbed the ‘War for Third Place’. With 53 wins, two draws, and 45 losses, they retained their third place.

NC, with 50 wins, one draw and 46 losses, moved to fourth place, two games behind third-place KT.

KT starter Lee Byeol-seong pitched six innings of no-hit ball, striking out seven and allowing just one hit.

Riding a personal three-game winning streak, Lee picked up his sixth win of the season.

KT’s foreign designated hitter Anthony Alford led the offence with a 2-for-3 performance, including a solo home run in the fourth inning.

NC foreign ace Eric Peddie, who leads the league in wins and ERA, took the loss after allowing three runs (one earned) on six hits (one home run) with six strikeouts and one walk in five innings. Peddy, who has 15 wins, suffered his fourth loss of the season 바카라사이트 (15 wins).

In the bottom of the fifth inning, back-to-back singles by Lee Ho-yeon and Hwang Jae-gyun and a throwing error by the right fielder put runners on first and third, and KT’s Jang Sung-woo hit a sacrifice fly to make it 3-0.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, after Choi Jeong-seong pitched a scoreless inning, Kim Min-hyuk singled and Park Byung-ho walked to load the bases, Hwang Jae-gyun singled to score Choi Jeong-dae from third base to make it 4-0.

KT brought in closer Kim Jae-yoon with the bases loaded in the top of the eighth. After getting Do Tae-hoon to fly out to right field to end the eighth, Kim Jae-yoon ended the top of the ninth with a triple play.

SSG won 4-0 against the Samsung Lions at SSG Landers Field in Incheon behind a no-hitter from homegrown left-handed ace Kim Kwang-hyun.

SSG, which won 3-2 the previous day thanks to Han Yoo-seom’s walk-off hit, ended the three-game series against Samsung with a sweep. With 55 wins, one draw and 41 losses, SSG remains in second place.

Samsung, which lost for the second straight time, dropped to 41 wins, one draw and 58 losses and remained in ninth place.

Lotte’s foreign pitcher, Charlie Barnes, pitched a complete game to secure the win.

Barnes pitched seven innings of three-hit ball, striking out five, walking two and giving up one run (unearned), notably not allowing a hit until the fifth inning.

Barnes, who has been more consistent in the second half of the season, picked up his ninth win of the season (6-0).

In the Lotte batting order, Noh Jin-hyuk went 2-for-3 with three RBIs, including a two-run double in the third inning.

Lotte scored five runs in the third inning alone.

In the bottom of the inning, Ahn Kwon-soo singled and Ahn Chi-hong walked to put runners on second and third with no outs. The next batter, Lee Jung-hoon, hit an infield single, but KIA second baseman Kim Kyu-sung failed to catch the ball properly, allowing Ahn Kwon-soo to round third and come home.

Jeon Jun-woo singled to load the bases, and Park Seung-wook followed with an infield single to give Lotte another run.

After Kim Min-seok struck out, Noh Jin-hyuk hit a two-run double directly to the left field fence to give LOTTE a 5-0 lead.

KIA got one run back in the sixth inning. Choi Jung-yong, who singled up the middle with one out in the top of the sixth, moved to third on a fastball and a wild pitch by the pitcher, and came home on a sacrifice fly by Kim Do-young.

However, Lotte added a run in the bottom of the eighth on a double by Noh Jin-hyuk and a triple to right by Lee Jung-geun to make it 6-1.
